Hardcor 2030 Season Wrap Up

by Adam J Sanderson

The HardCor Lacrosse 2030 team, led by Head Coach Connor Ham, capped off the 2024 season by winning the Championship at the Niagara Lacrosse Classic in Youngstown, NY.  The team went undefeated in the top tier Gold Division to capture the tournament with a win over Team Minnesota in the finals.

The team also went undefeated in regulation play the week before at the Lake Placid Summit Youth Classic in the event's top 2030 division. There they had victories over West Genese (who went on to win the tournament), Lonestars, Rebels and Fallston and only lost one game in overtime to Stars and Stripes.

The team finished the season with an 11-4-1 record, only losing to two teams in regulation all season.  They also finished in the top 100 teams in the US Club Lax Rankings.

This team is set to accomplish great things next season in their World Series year after setting a solid foundation this summer built on teamwork, camaraderie, great coaching and skilled play.

Tryout information for next year’s team will be released on HardCor Lacrosse social media and are expected to take place in September.  Alternately, email hardcorlacrosse@hotmail.com for more information.
